sure, CISSP would fit better in this context, but using MCSE is funnier because mostly everyone in the industry has heard horror stories of encounters with the legendary MS certified engineers, or have been unfortunate enough to meet one of them.

That’s a really silly thing to say. It’d be like saying the Germans are dumb because they don’t understand Chinese when they watch an import movie. Not all of us Americans are mono-lingual, but admittedly most Europeans speak multiple languages.
Did you actually have a point you were trying to make or were you just trying to show you’re bilingual at English and Stupid?
