    Repeat 3-4 times per day, right? Or not? Because some exercises say repeat 2-3 times per week! That’s not much..,

    i had never before sweat so much, i have been excercising daily for 40 minutes at home with regular sit ups and all for 7 months now but this 15 minutes made me sweat like a pig.. great exercise!!!
