Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira Trains For UFC 110! Check out Big Nog in is intense training regiment with trainer Todd Norman of Cutting Edge in Lake Forest CA.
Not sure about that if he takes him down into side mount he could finish the fight with devastating gnp. Being on your back is dangerous no matter how good your submission skill is when you have a heavyweight fighter on you. In the lighter weight classes can get away with it more, but the heavyweights have so much power that they can fish fights fast with gnp. But then again nog has best chin ever, only way see fight stopped on ground is by ref tko. I think nog is going to grind out a decis

I pick Nogueira by triangle armbar. No one does it better.
Agreed.
Cain can dictate where this fight goes, but Cain will never want to take Nogueira down unless he drops him..

Ya you are right, I feel Cain is completely outmatched in this fight. Cain have no idea what Nog is all about. If Fedor failed to finished Nog then Cain have no chance in hell. Cain will be dropped in 2nd rd and Nog will submit him. I say an armbar by Nog.

I don’t think Cain is experienced enough to handle Nogueira. Nogueira will eventually grab a hold of an arm and his neck. WAR NOG!

well, i have seen nog twice to get distance with fedor, and even fedor couldn’t finish him. And the loss to frank mir, was oviously cause of his health. Nog have been in so many wars, that velasquez haven’t. Even though velasquez will be “prepared” for bes nog, he doesn’t have a clue about his skills, and chin and everything..

Nogs hands are too much for Cain, he will try to take it to the floor..and any noob that thinks that Cain’s GnP is better or even comparable to Fedor’s GnP (which nog survived 2x) is a douche that just started watching MMA when TUF came around….dumb carpet sliders!!
Nog will submit Cain!!

Only 30 sweet noggy days then the state takes it away…
Cain is a tough powerful guy who may try to keep this 1 standing, but Nog is Nog and if he tags Cain he will go into wrestler mode and it’ll b all over REAL quick…
